We are holding our very first Knitting Class! We will be meeting at the Draper Merc – even though they are closed for vacation, they have very kindly allowed us to use their main dining room for this class! We will be making this sweet knitted scarf – time may not allow us to finish it in one day, but you will learn the basics and be able to finish it at home. Class begins at 1pm – since the Merc will not be open, we suggest that you eat lunch before you come, and we will provide some snacks. There will be various colors of yarn for you to choose from, specially prepared by one of our Club members Robin Doty of Gypsy Mountain Farm in Dugspur, and our instructor will be the multi-talented and always-amusing Kim Driggs of 4Farthings Farm in Blacksburg!
